Established in 1985 Blandon Systems have been producing control modules and panels for over 27 years. Our Generator Controls

Generator control systems allow for the integration of back-up generators in to power supply systems for essential service, whether domestic or industrial. Our generator control systems broadly fall into two categories, generator control modules that monitor the performance of the generator and panels & switches that add additional control functionality, which can be from a remote location, to integrate your generator into your power supply system.

Generator control modules can be used to monitor the performance of your generator and also allow you to switch you generator on either locally or remotely. Control modules can then be used with Automatic transfer switches to start the generator when local power fails.

Design

We provide full design and manufacturing facilities for control systems. This may be for the diesel power generation industry or electrical switch boards for electrical distribution systems.

Our panels start from a standard range of key start, auto start, AMF and ATS etc; All of which are available in a variety of configurations, including alternator, wall mount and free standing.

Technology

Every control panel incorporates a control module based on the latest microprocessor technology. Many of the panels now incorporate a generator control module with direct connection to the internet via build in Ethernet ports. Please enquire about these latest innovations.

We can also work closely with customers to produce bespoke designs to their own specification.

Dispatch

Prior to dispatch every control system and control module is subject to a rigorous testing scheme; giving customers confidence in our finished product.

Complete control panels are supplied with a full set of electrical schematics plus support from the factory should you require advice. All products are supplied with a twelve month warranty.
